Lady Anne Middleton’s Bed and Breakfast Hotel in York is nestled in a secluded English courtyard garden just minutes walk from the historical city centre. Our bed and breakfast hotel in York will delight you with its tranquility yet close proximity to all of York’s main tourist attractions and businesses; we are situated just minutes from the centre. With on-site parking, the hotel is in the perfect location to explore York by foot, without any transport arrangements necessary.
Hotel Bedrooms and Facilities
Lady Anne’s opened in 1973 with the first building; the hotel now comprises a collection of six historically listed buildings, each restored from dereliction over the past 30 years by the Clark family and turned into stunningly beautiful rooms.
The hotel consists of 57 bedrooms in total, all with their own unique style. All of the rooms are en-suite, include bed and full English breakfast, as well as the following features:

The hotel also has a number of deluxe rooms available, following a refurbishment in early 2010. Our deluxe rooms can sleep from one person up to a family of four. You can view these fabulous rooms in our photo gallery.

The hotel does not have a lift in any of the buildings; however ground floor rooms are available.

We offer a fantastic dining experience here at Lady Anne Middleton's Hotel and we strongly recommend booking a table in the restaurant during your stay. Non-residents are also very welcome! A brand new Dinner & Sunday Lunch Menu has been launched for 2012 which will excite you with its bold flavours and faultless presentation. We place emphasis on using the best local produce available to us, and we want to share that experience with you.
