If you do not wish to pre-book dinner in the hotel, you can still dine in our restaurant - space permitting, at a cost of £17.95 per person for a four-course meal. (single courses are available) The hotel does not have a lift. We have ground floor rooms available on request.
Room rates are inclusive of: your room, meals as indicated, use of Emperors Health Club and onsite car parking (both subject to availability) and VAT @ 17.5%. All bookings are subject to the conditions detailed overleaf.

Booking Conditions.
- All rooms and rates are subject to availability.
- A limited number of rooms may be available at these rates on certain dates.
- Stays including a Saturday must be for a minimum of two nights – unless late availability allows one night stays.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by credit/debit card, by a cheque deposit, or by an agent.
- All accounts are payable in full prior to departure.
- In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your reservation, deposits are not refundable or transferable.
- Cancellations made less than two days before arrival date (by 2pm 48hrs prior to arrival) will be charged a minimum of the value of the first night of the stay. Non-arrivals will be charged the full cost of the booked stay.
- A booking of FIVE or more rooms is deemed to be a GROUP booking and is subject to the terms and conditions for Group Bookings.
- It is advisable to have holiday cancellation insurance to cover any costs incurred.
- All reservations are subject to our Terms of Trade.
