Hotel History:

Lady Anne Middleton's is a unique hotel. It first opened as a bed and breakfast in Skeldergate House, in June 1973, and remains in the same family ownership to this day. Over the years, more buildings have been added to the collection, to make the hotel what it is today.

Lady Anne?s is situated on Skeldergate - the ancient Roman waterfront, which now leads from the medieval city walls across the river to the centre of York. 

The convenient location combined with the hotel's scenic setting, provide a comfortable environment away from every day life. whilst allowing easy access to the centre of York and the various must-see attractions it has to offer.
